Saint Espresso is a well-regarded, independent family of premium coffee shops. We are a small hard-working team in an established and evolving dynamic business in some of the most prominent locations in London including Camden, Angel, Kentish Town, and Baker Street.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Manager to join our fast-growing company: someone who will not only share our passion for coffee and food but be enthusiastic, work in a team and above all, have fun while doing it all. A desire to deliver the absolute best experience for our guests is a must.

The right person for the role will be:

• Experienced in managing and motivating teams.
• Experienced in rota making.
• Experienced in managing a Brunch operation
• Passionate about quality food, coffee and amazing customer service
• Strong understanding of Food Safety and H&S procedures
• Have knowledge and understanding or KPI’s
• Happiest when greeting customers and serving up perfectly crafted, regularly changing single-origin coffee.
• You’ll be competent and confident in dialing our coffee in the morning and ensuring consistency throughout the day.
• You’ll have good latte art skills.
• Available to work 5 days a week (full time/45 hours) with very good availability across the week.
• Weekend availability is a must
• Happy to help with front of house responsibilities
