We’re looking for an experienced eCommerce Manager, to be responsible for the ongoing growth of our consumer site. The role requires someone with a customer-centric approach and commercial acumen, who understands premium brands. This is a key role and a great opportunity for an ambitious marketer to join an entrepreneurial, brand-led business; one of the UK’s leading speciality coffee roasters, and a certified B Corporation.
This is an office-based role located in Cornwall, UK only.
Min 3 years’ proven experience in a similar D2C (or B2C) ecommerce role
Demonstrable experience in driving online sales and delivering against commercial KPIs
Strong analytical skills – confident working with data and reporting to senior management
Excellent written skills and proven experience in content development
Experience of Shopify, or similar CMS
A solid understanding of online growth strategies, best practice and data protection legislation
Proven SEO, GoogleAds, social ads and email marketing experience
Basic knowledge of HTML
Strong understanding of brand and design, and exceptional attention to detail
Photoshop and design software experience i.e. In Design
Undergraduate degree educated
Klaviyo, Hubspot and Unleashed experience
Knowledge of the speciality coffee industry
