Green Coffee Sales Manager Full Time

Unic Coffee is a speciality green coffee sourcing and distribution company based in South London. We work directly with coffee producers at the origin and ensure to select high-quality green coffee beans. Our focus is on finding and procuring exceptional coffee beans while distributing those beans to customers, ensuring freshness and quality throughout the process.

We are looking for a results-driven Green Coffee Sales Manager responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals.

Green Coffee Sales Manager is responsible for promoting and selling green coffee beans to potential buyers and identifying opportunities to expand the green coffee industry business.

You will be responsible for:

• Identifying and prospecting potential customers, such as coffee roasters, cafes, and specialty shops.
• Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients.
• Conducting market analysis and identifying target markets and customer segments.
• Presenting and demonstrating the quality and benefits of green coffee beans.
• Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and market share.
• Negotiating prices, contracts, and terms of sales with customers.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
• Collaborating with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Keeping accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market information.
• Attending industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote products.
• Organise cupping events where you can present and sell our green coffee to new clients in the UK and Europe. Including the preparation of presentations and proposals.
• Staying updated on industry developments, coffee trends, and certifications.

• Two or more years of sales experience.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, as well as networking aptitude
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strategic thinker
• Great multitasking skills and attention to detail
   

Desirable:

• Interest and experience in the coffee and hospitality sectors are distinctly advantageous.
• SCA Qualifications in Green Coffee are a plus.
