Who are ‘gaff’?
We opened the first gaff in early 2020 and currently have four locations across East and South East London. With a craving for quality coffee in a welcoming, inclusive environment we are looking to rapidly expand our presence in London (and beyond) and would love for you to be a part of our growing inner circle.
With a strong desire to know our locals, our regulars, and our communities at each site, we spend time establishing relationships with our gaffers. The concept of ‘gaff’ comes from the slang word meaning someone’s HOME but for us the word is not just a place to go, it’s how we want people to feel; that feeling when you pop to a family or friends house for a cup of tea or coffee and to have that time to break away from your day to day for five minutes and enjoy a welcomed treat. A home from home for our visitors; a time to reset, a place of comfort, without breaking the bank. Using this concept we aimed to stand out from other local cafés and appeal to a wider crowd with our simple, delicious and affordable range.
If you have experience as a hospitality manager, a great attitude and love interacting with people then we can’t wait to hear from you.
NOTE: we are looking for applications from people living in South London
