Baristas and FOH team for a new cafe by Lowdown Full Time

We’re looking to assemble an awesome team to take the helm at a new city centre cafe owned by the people who operate Lowdown. We need experienced FOH, baristas and food people on a full or part-time basis. You will be working alongside some of the team that established Lowdown as one of the UK’s best coffee venues.

The design-led space will offer a chilled cafe service in an exceptional Edinburgh hotel. We will serve unparalleled roasted coffee and produce using the best equipment available.

These are permanent positions with the following requirements:

Experience in the specialty coffee industry.

The technical skills to deliver precise dial-ins, exact brewing and perfect milk (barista positions).

A passion for the hospitality industry and an eye for detail.

A desire to learn and continually refine your palate.

Perform effectively as a small team and thrive when working to exacting standards

You will enjoy a considerate work environment, support with any competition aspirations &/or SCA qualifications, and attractive remuneration.
