Welcome to Boxx2BoxxCoffee, a local coffee shop in the heart of Northenden where there is always a warm welcome and friendly atmosphere.

Boxx2Boxx Coffee is owned by ex-professional footballer and more recently, Queen of the Jungle 2023 – Jill Scott MBE together with her partner Shelly Unitt. Inspired by their lifelong love of coffee and experiencing coffee culture all around the world, they took the leap and opened Boxx2Boxx Coffee in April 2021. The coffee shop has since become a must see destination for any football fan and we often have visitors from all around the UK and overseas. We are proud to welcome everyone to our corner of Manchester serving coffee roasted in Trafford and sweet treats from a local bakery. 

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years barista experience. Applicant must be confident with:
• Using a variety of equipment including La Marzocco, Compak, Victoria Arduino
• Ability to dial in both coffee machine and grinder
• Maintaining consistent shot weight and time
• Latte Art 

Applicant must have a fast paced and efficient work flow with a high level of behind bar cleanliness.
 

Must have experience in food preparation with an awareness of allergens and food safety – qualifications desirable but not essential as training will be provided. 

Must have high level, engaging and confident customer service. We aim to make conversation with every single customer and build connections quickly. Applicant must have experience and be well versed with:

• Taking customer orders including upselling and promoting.
• Using the till systems and cash handling methods. 
• Having a full understanding of the menu and what we offer. 
• Initiative to act independently regarding Front Of House cleanliness and restocking.
• Potential to become future key holder and open or close the store.

 Must be reliable and co-operative, maintain composure under pressure, be organised, have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and have a flexible approach to work
