Full time Barista at Awarding winning shop in South London Full Time

We are looking for an Barista who can work in either or our SW2 or SW16 shop. Must have Specialty Coffee experience

Batch & Co, is an established award-winning Specialty Coffee shop in Streatham Hill, which has recently launched its 2nd shop in SW16. We are also in the Official London Coffee Guide and have been for 5 years running.

We are looking for someone for with;

A minimum of 3 months experience of working in a Coffee Shop/Deli/Sandwich shop or similar
Experience as a barista & knowledge of grind adjustment
Experience of using till systems & taking orders from customers.
Good communication skills & an ability to build rapport with an expanding customer base
Good attention to detail & someone who loves going that extra mile for customers
A good old rounder who has the ability to multi task.
A general love for people & friendly customer service
Fluent English speaker
A positive Can do attitude
A reliable & Good team player
