About the role
Our customers can’t provide our amazing coffee without the right machinery (premium hand-crafted espresso machines to be exact). That’s where you come in! Combining your love for coffee and passion for problem solving and customer service, you will help our customers get excited about their beautiful equipment and be there in times of need.
Strong lateral thinking & trouble shooting skills are essential for this role. We are looking for somebody who has a passion for coffee and has ideally worked with a coffee machine before. Alternatively, if you have an electrical/engineering background and are mechanically minded and love nothing more than fixing what’s broken, this could be for you. Excellent time management and a head for admin are also a must.
No two days will be the same as you travel out to visit our awesome customers in cafes all over London and Europe. For this reason, a full driver’s licence and a willingness to travel is essential and some weekend hours will be required.
