Head of Retail Full Time

15grams is a specialty coffee roaster with two independent coffee shops in South East London. We pride ourselves in sourcing, roasting, and serving the best quality coffee whilst maintaining a friendly and inclusive environment. With our first shop opening in 2021 we are at the early stages of our journey and would like to take you along with us!

We are seeking a Head of Retail to join our growing team, who will be responsible for the shop’s performance and maintaining/developing our high standards. The ideal candidate will have operational experience in hospitality, with specialty coffee knowledge considered an added bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Management and ownership of the successful running of our Greenwich and Blackheath stores inc. some front-of-house duties
• Team management and training 
• Management of shop operations 
• Regular financial reporting. Drive revenue and profitability. Assist in ensuring that the shops achieve against set KPI’s for sales, labour, wastage, profitability, retention etc.
• Planning and strategy
• Security / Safety /Food Compliance and shop cleanliness

There are also additional opportunities to grow in other areas of the business based on personal interests where relevant e.g. coffee roasting/wholesale, branding/creative, events
